Yes, you need to sign in before placing the order and also verify your mobile number with an OTP. This is because any error in the mobile number will result in unwanted sales returns.
Order level cancellation You can login to your account on farmherbs.com and request for cancelling the order before the order is shipped. The option is available in User Dashboard-> My Order. Click View Order Details for the corresponding order, and the cancel button will be available under the order placed status. Once the order status changes into the processed stage, this cancellation option won't be available. Once cancelled, a refund will be issued against your order value. Refunds may take 2-10 days after confirmation. Communication of shipping details may be delayed, so receiving shipment confirmation from our side can't be considered as the time of shipping. For all orders, the cancellation will be for the entire order; partial cancellation is not possible.
You should return the product in its original and unused condition, along with all the original price tags, labels, packing, bar codes, user manuals, warranty cards and invoices (physical/digital copy), accessories, freebies and boxes received. The return option is available in User Dashboard-> My Order. Click View Order Details for the corresponding order, scroll down, and go to the Shipment details area, there will be a 3-dot menu available with each product. Click the menu, and click return item. You can return the entire order or a particular product from a combined order. Once the return is approved from our side, keep the parcel ready with you, we will arrange for a return pickup from your address.
